We have a 30-day guarantee policy, which means you have 30 days after starting your Tale to request a refund. .

Please note that Educator's Editions are final sale and not refundable.

You can always contact us for any return question at support@mailboxtales.com. 

Damages and issues
if you're Tale letter is not delivered, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please let us know and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
We love our Tales, but if for some reason you do not, you can switch your Tale. We allow this one time, within the first 30 days of starting the Tale.
