Subscription Policies

At Mailbox Tales, we stand behind our Tales with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll refund your purchase price. No questions. No hassles. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. 

Because we give you the entire story up front with Educator's Editions, these items are final sale. Please contact us if you need a preview before purchasing Educator's Editions. 

We also have a Love It or Change It policy. Within your first 30 days, you have one opportunity to swap your story selection for a different one at no extra cost. You can take advantage of this one time only.

After 30 days, story changes are not available, but you can always start a fresh subscription with a new selection. 

Subscription Terms: Tiny Tales subscriptions run for 6 months. Signature Tales subscriptions run for 12 months. Bedtime Tales subscriptions continue on an ongoing basis until you choose to cancel.

Cancellations: You can cancel monthly subscriptions and Bedtime Tales at any time. Standard (full price) purchases can only be cancelled in the first 30 days. After this time, cancellations and refunds are not available.

Billing: Your subscription plan renews monthly on the same day you made your purchase. Your payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle. 

Shipping Schedules: Your first letter ships immediately upon purchase. Subsequent letters are sent on the 1st and 15th of each month. We ship via USPS, and delivery is typically within 7-10 business days.
